Very dreamy composition - the blurring, reflections, and DOF combine to create a very interesting image.
I don't know if I like the background texture - it looks too photoshopy, like it ws generated with a filter? Your other images seem to have a wonderful quality about them that doesn't draw attention to the effects used in PS, which in my opinion makes them very strong images.

@Aidan: Thanks for the critique Aidan, its constructive and thats what I like most about this site. I'm having a bit of a fling with PS at the moment, and I was tempted to try and import some of the textures as 'smart objects' and wrap them around the image...but my brain began to bleed after about 30 minutes and I went for the easy option. Bear with me, there'll no doubt be more misses than hits over the next few days, but it's ok...It kind of gets some pent up desires to mess around out of my system.
Very nice effect. Did you take this through glass? Textured glass while we're at it?

@Michael Zhang: hey Michael. this one was taken pretty late shooting across a busy intersection, the traffic supplied the blurred imagery and I selectively applied two 'rust' textures (for the second application I flipped the texture 90 degrees).
I see a portrait of daily urban chaos with a symmetrical composition. The woman prays to her cellphone while her spirit takes wing and flies toward the camera...
