Angry Buddha from United StatesI always hate it when a good looking woman is unhappy. Great catch Duncan, her look says it all. 17 Feb 2007 1:43pm @Angry Buddha: Thanks Sean, I wish I hadn't upped this actually though, It shows her state as it was and all that but I feel a bit uncomfortable with it now. I reckon she wouldn't be too happy with this and I didnt really think about it when I upped it. But I am now. Bugger. Sidonie from Sydney, AustraliaThis is a very disturbing image of a very unhappy girl (she's not another masked model, is she?) Keeps us looking and looking and wondering .... great shot. 17 Feb 2007 2:26pm @Sidonie: Cheers Sidonie. She was knackered. seemed totally exhausted. I think maybe I should have left her in private, we all get in this state don't we. She didnt seem aware of the shot...but anyway, I reckon maybe I should have left her to herself... Francis from Hong KongNice capture Duncan. She certainly doesn't look like a happy camper. 17 Feb 2007 3:48pm @Francis: Not happy no! Daniel from United StatesIs she depressed, strung out, or just damn tired?! 17 Feb 2007 4:17pm @Daniel: Think the latter more than anything, although the latter can admittedly lead to the former two. Hope she got some rest. Michael Zhang from New York City, United StatesWhat a face and what a character. Excellent portrait. 18 Feb 2007 4:10am @Michael Zhang: Cheers Michael. Alfredo J. Martiz J. from Tokyo, JapanI know how it feels to be in the last train, I can understand this lady. Nice portrait! 18 Feb 2007 7:08am @Alfredo J. Martiz J.: Thanks Alfredo! Damon Schreiber from Toronto, CanadaPlaintive or lost in her space would be the way I'd describe her. There's always that tension between wanting to post people at when they've lost their composure because they look interesting that way, and wanting to allow them to maintain their dignity. I know how you feel about this one. I wish her a better tomorrow. 18 Feb 2007 8:35pm @Damon Schreiber: Aye, tiredness can change a face to the nth degree. A good nights sleep and Im sure she'll be right as rain. If I see her looking her marvellous best, Ill ensure to post as means of 'atonement'. Mike Cash from Kiryu, JapanA look of "I put all this effort into today and for what?"....leaving us to ponder what on earth happened. Somewhere between despair and disgust. "Forlorn" is the word I'm looking for, I suppose. 19 Feb 2007 8:15am @Mike Cash: Cheers Mike! I like that reading! @Craig Persel: Thanks Craig! Fred from Easton PA, United StatesI'm glad you did post this one, though she seems to be down in the dumps at the moment her expression is a real one . 21 Feb 2007 6:04am @Fred: Thanks Fred! Mike Cash from Kiryu, JapanDefinitely in desperate need of a hug, that's for sure. 21 Feb 2007 4:38pm @Mike Cash: Aye, youre not wrong there Mike ;) |
